Daon is the largest Asian liquor importer and distributor in New Zealand. They approached us to develop a system to replace their existing face-to-face sales, payment and follow-up process. They wanted to improve their operation management by changing the way orders are placed, from phone and email to a more efficient method.
As a wholesaler, they needed a secure B2B e-commerce website for retailers only, to sign in and place orders. To meet all their requirements and functions, we developed a custom-built web application for the wholesale website, including a sales agent performance tracking system.
The website was integrated with Xero for invoicing and automatic tracking of overdue payments.
